“Thus says the Lord who made it, the Lord who formed it to establish it (the Lord is His name): ‘Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.’ http://bible.us/Jer33.2.NKJV
Walking With the Spirit

When the 'sinful nature' dies and we are given new life in Jesus, our affections and desires undergo a radical change. Preoccupation with old interests cease (e.g., accumulating wealth, power, prestige, popularity, material comforts, etc.), and our desires are relocated. We don't want the same things anymore. We want the things that the Spirit wants (e.g., the fruit of th...
e Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control). In a similar way, different things will begin to bother us. Sometimes they will bother us a lot (see Ro 12:9). For example we will not be able to tolerate the distress and mistreatment of the poor and oppressed. When our minds are 'set on what the Spirit desires' (Ro 8:5), we will feel compelled to act on behalf of the weak and needy. Dutch Second Reformation minister and theologian Willem Teellinck (1579-1629) elaborates:

The true believer, who has been transferred by regeneration into the kingdom of grace and has been made a new creature, also receives new and holy desires. He gets a taste so to speak, for spiritual riches. While his heart was once inclined to the lust of the flesh, the delights of the eyes, or the pride of life (see 1Jn 2:16), he now fervently desires spiritual gifts (see 1Co 14:1). Above all, he wants to be zealous in keeping God's statutes (see Ps 119:5). He has the Spirit of prayer working within him whereby he cries, 'Abba, Father!' (Ro 8:15), which helps him obtain many good things! The new creature is infused with holy desires after heavenly things. Holy desires subdue or at least restrict and weaken intemperate desires for money, property, pleasures, and worldly splendor. They restrain the Christian from surrendering to wrong desires and stimulate him to resist evil desires with all his might. He now realizes they can cost him his life (see 1Pe 2:11), no matter how friendly and flattering they appear.

The Christian who has been set free from 'the law of sin and death' (Ro 8:2) and who is walking in the Spirit has a new and tender sense of conscience, as Teellinck emphasizes:

A tender conscience also allows the believer to experience the deep peace, comfort, and joy that can be found only in working for the Lord and in the development of true godliness. Just as a godly man feels grief and sorry when he is overcome by sin, so he feels joy and comfort when he has been careful not to sin!Rather, he has diligently applied himself to the practice of godliness, praying fervently, visiting the sick, giving gifts to the poor, or lovingly admonishing his friends to obey God rather than the world. A truly regenerated person is never happier than when he is serving the Lord. While the natural person callously wallows in sin or carelessly disregards his spiritual state, the regenerated person is drawn away from evil toward good.
Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?” Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. http://bible.us/John3.3.NKJV

Prophetic Voice Harvey's status.
Praise God friends... Let me help you out with something today. I got to go there because to many people are getting church hurt behind this. A person with a religious spirit will lead you right out of the will of God. What some folks can't grab a hold onto is, Jesus died not to do away with the law but to fulfill the law. To live by the law is to say His death was in vain, (the devil is a lie). I...
f you gone live by the law, live by the whole law, don't pick and choose the part you want to do....do it all.

People of God when you read the word make sure you read it in Spirit and in Truth...... Please..... before you go throwing scripture around to try to prove your point, hurting folks as a result, ask the spirit of God for understanding of His word. To many people are using the word of God, the written word of God as a means of control and manipulation, that is a spirit of witchcraft....get delivered!

Listen souls are dying and folks leaving the church because of your misunderstanding the word of God. The letter kills, but the SPIRIT BRINGS LIFE!!

When the knowledge of a thing has been brought to your attention, it should bring correction of that thing, not an offended spirit. Now If you choose to continue to operate in the same manner.....Hear me now, let me make myself (((LOUD AND CLEAR)))....Don't get mad when folks don't want to come to your church, be around you or worse, they start calling you....Lil Witches or Warlocks...#yesiwenttheretime2getdelivered

Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life. http://bible.us/Prov4.23.NKJV
The heart is the center of life. It is within this uniquely created internal organ that we have physical life. Without it, life is just not possible. The heart is also the center of spiritual life. Proverbs tell us that we must guard our heart because it is the wellspring of both physical and spiritual life. Our heart determines our actions and reflects whether or not Christ is the center of our l...
ives. That is why it is important that we ask God to continually renew our hearts. Take an inventory of your heart today. Is your heart where it needs to be or do you need God's renewal? Ask God to renew your heart and commit that He will remain at the center of your heart.

    Stewardship of Relationship--Love
First Corinthians 13, the memorable "love chapter," is the obvious New Testament analogue of this passage in Song of Songs. Although feelings of love tend to be strong in the beginning of a romance, it takes work to nurture and mature the love relationship. Consider the beautiful manifestation of unselfishness at the end of the following illustration, which editors and movie analysts Craig Brian Larson and Andrew Zahn describe as follows:
In the movie Family Man, Jack Campbell (played by Nicholas Cage) is the successful president of an investment house in New York City--and he's happily single. He has everything, or so he thinks, including a sports car and a radiant girlfriend. But on Christmas morning the world turns upside down. He wakes up in a "what if?" scenario, finding himself twelve years into marriage with his college sweetheart and two small children. He desperately tries to rediscover his old life but in the process begins to find out what he's really been missing all these years. In particular, he finds that living life for yourself alone is not as fulfilling as living your life for others.
Toward the end of the movie Jack discusses with his wife a job opportunity that would revive some of his former glory. Taking the job would mean a big move for the family, but Kate (played by Te‡ Leoni) says she's willing to make a sacrifice for the sake of the family--a defining moment that helps Jack see what marriage is all about. Kate makes this declaration: "Maybe I was being na.ve, but I believed that we would grow old together in this house. That we'd spend holidays here and have our grandchildren come visit us here. I had this image of us all gray and wrinkly and me working in the garden and you repainting the deck. Things change. If you need this, Jack, if you really need this--I'll take these kids from the life they love, and I'll take myself from the only home we've ever known together, and I'll move wherever you need to go. I'll do that because I love you. I love you. And that's more important to me than our address. I choose us."
Theologian Kenneth Boa, in a discussion of the stewardship of relationships, refers to an illustration of a poignant, real-life boyhood experience:
In The Effective Father, Gordon McDonald relates a story about James Boswell, the famous biographer of Samuel Johnson. Boswell often referred to a childhood memory of a day he spent fishing with his father. On that special day, his father taught him many insights that Boswell treasured for life. Many years later, someone looked up this particular day in the journal that Boswell's father kept to see what his father recorded about this significant experience in the life of his son. The journal for that day had only one sentence: "Gone fishing today with my son; a day wasted."

    Song of Solomon 8:6-7

6 Set me as a seal over your heart,
as a seal upon your arm,
for love is as strong as death,
     passionate love unrelenting
     as the grave.
Its darts are darts of fire—
     divine flame!

    7 Rushing waters can’t quench love;
     rivers can’t wash it away.
    If someone gave
all his estate in exchange for love,
he would be laughed to utter shame.

    Amos 1:3-15

    A  word to Damascus
    3 The LORD proclaims:
    For three crimes of Damascus,
    and for four,
I won’t hold back the punishment,
    because they have harvested Gilead
    with sharp iron tools.
4 I will send down fire
    on the house of Hazael;
it will devour the palaces of Ben-hadad.
5 I will break the fortified
    gates of Damascus,
    and eliminate the people
    from the Aven Valley,
    including the one who rules
    from Beth-eden;
the people of Aram will be forced
    to live in Kir,
    says the LORD .

    A word to Gaza

    6 The LORD proclaims:
    For three crimes of Gaza,
    and for four,
I won’t hold back the punishment,
    because they rounded up
    entire communities,
to hand them over to Edom.
    7 I will send down a fire on the wall of Gaza;
    it will devour Gaza’s palaces.

    A word to Ashdod

8 I will eliminate the people from Ashdod,
the one who rules from Ashkelon.
I will turn my hand against Ekron,
    and the Philistines who remain
    will perish,
    says the LORD God.

    A word to Tyre

    9 The LORD proclaims:
    For three crimes of Tyre,
    and for four,
I won’t hold back the punishment,
    because they have delivered up
    entire communities over to Edom,
    and neglected
    their covenantal obligations.
    10 So I will send a fire on the wall of Tyre;
    it will devour their palaces.

    A word to Edom

    11 The LORD proclaims:
    For three crimes of Edom,
    and for four,
I won’t hold back the punishment,
because he chased after his brother with the sword,
    denied all compassion,
    kept his anger alive,
    and fueled his wrath forever.
    12 So I will send a fire on Teman;
    it will devour the fortresses
    of Bozrah.

    A word to Ammon

    13 The LORD proclaims:
For three crimes of the Ammonites,
    and for four,
I won’t hold back the punishment,
because they have ripped open pregnant women in Gilead
in order to possess more land.
    14 So I will start a fire
    at the wall of Rabbah;
the fire will devour its palaces,
with a war cry on the day of battle,
    with strong wind
on the day of the storm.
15 Then their king will be taken away,
    he and his officials together,
    says the LORD .

Promise of a righteous and just king

5 The time is coming, declares the LORD, when I will raise up a righteous descendant from David’s line, and he will rule as a wise king. He will do what is just and right in the land.6 During his lifetime, Judah will be saved and Israel will live in safety. And his name will be The LORD is Our Righteousness.

7 So the time is coming, declares the LORD, when no one will say, "As the LORD lives who brought up the Israelites from the land of Egypt."8 Instead, they will say, "As the LORD lives who brought up the descendants of the people of Israel from the land of the north and from all the lands where he has banished them so that they can live in their own land."

The Great Purpose of Christian Stewardship

Retired missionary Paul R. Lindholm begins a reflection on what he views as the overriding purpose of Christian stewardship--glorifying God--with a humorous vignette:

A church choir director asked a clerk in a music store for a copy of an anthem with the title, "The Glory of the Lord." The clerk called to the person working in the storage shelves for ...
a copy. Finding none, the clerk called down: "The Glory of the Lord" is out of print.

In print and in thought, the shekinah glory of our Lord does not have the prominence nor attention it should have.
The Westminster Shorter Catechism highlights this subject in its very first question and answer:

    Q. 1. What is the chief end of man?
    A. Man's chief end is to glorify God, and to enjoy him forever.

What a mind-boggling thought: God created us for the purpose of glorifying and enjoying him! Are you tempted at first glance to question God's motivation? The fact is that God is a spiritual being who is social. Certainly he enjoys intimacy within the Godhead and among the angels. But beyond that, he desires authentic and voluntary fellowship with the beings he created to be in relationship with him. The enjoyment part is reciprocal (see Zep 3:17). And Psalm 8:4-5 even proclaims that God crowns us with a measure of glory and honor. When we think of stewardship how readily does this aspect occur to us? Lindholm goes on:

Before Solomon built the temple in Jerusalem, his father King David had the Ark of the Covenant that contained the two stone tablets on which were engraved the Ten Commandments brought there.

The Ark was the symbol of the presence of God. When the Ark was first placed in the tabernacle in Jerusalem many offerings were made. Then a long hymn of thanksgiving was sung with the chorus accompanied by a large instrumental band. In the hymn were the lines:

Declare his glory among the nations...Ascribe to the Lord the glory due to his name (1Ch 16:24,29).

The words, "Ascribe to the Lord the glory due to his name" appear many times throughout the Psalms.

GOD IS GOOD ALL THE TIME!!!

    Romans 1:1-4 NKJV

Paul, a bondservant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated to the gospel of God which He promised before through His prophets in the Holy Scriptures, concerning His Son Jesus Christ our Lord, who was born of the seed of David according to the flesh, and declared to be the Son of God with power according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead.

Today's success is tomorrows memory if you do not keep moving on! Let go of that weight holding you back! Possession mentality of VictoryIJN
I want to remind you about some things you already know. The Lord saved his people. He brought them out of Egypt. But later he destroyed those who did not believe. Some of the angels didn't stay where they belonged. They didn't keep their positions of authority. The Lord has kept those angels in darkness. They are held by chains that last forever. On judgment day, God will judge them. http://bible.us/Jude1.5.NIRV-ENG
Today begins the best days of your lives! Jesus I glorify you.!
There is power in the Name of Jesus!
There is power in the Name of Jesus!
There is power in the Name of Jesus!
    To break every Chain!...
    Joshua 1:9-11 NIRV-ENG

"Here is what I am commanding you to do. Be strong and brave. Do not be terrified. Do not lose hope. I am the Lord your God. I will be with you everywhere you go."
So Joshua gave orders to the officers of the people. He said, "Go through the camp. Tell the people, 'Get your supplies ready. Three days from now you will go across the Jordan River right here. You will go in and take over the land. The Lord your God is giving it to you as your very own.' "
Meditate on Luke 17:20-21. Consider your thoughts, intents, and feelings regarding your response to this powerful revelation. Thank you...

    Breakthrough

    1 Corinthians 10:13 ESV
No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

    Isaiah 54:17 ESV

No weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed, and you shall confute every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord and their vindication from me, declares the Lord.”

    Isaiah 60:1-22 ESV

Arise, shine, for your light has come, and the glory of the Lord has risen upon you. For behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but the Lord will arise upon you, and his glory will be seen upon you. And nations shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising. Lift up your eyes all around, and see; they all gather together, they come to you; your sons shall come from afar, and your daughters shall be carried on the hip. Then you shall see and be radiant; your heart shall thrill and exult, because the abundance of the sea shall be turned to you, the wealth of the nations shall come to you. ...

    Proverbs 4:25-27 ESV

Let your eyes look directly forward, and your gaze be straight before you. Ponder the path of your feet; then all your ways will be sure. Do not swerve to the right or to the left; turn your foot away from evil.

    Ephesians 6:12 ESV

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.

    Galatians 1:10 ESV

For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.

    Acts 1:8 ESV

But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

    John 8:32 ESV

And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

    Romans 12:1-21 ESV

I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned. For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. ...

    1 Chronicles 14:8-17 ESV

When the Philistines heard that David had been anointed king over all Israel, all the Philistines went up to search for David. But David heard of it and went out against them. Now the Philistines had come and made a raid in the Valley of Rephaim. And David inquired of God, “Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will you give them into my hand?” And the Lord said to him, “Go up, and I will give them into your hand.” And he went up to Baal-perazim, and David struck them down there. And David said, “God has broken through my enemies by my hand, like a bursting flood.” Therefore the name of that place is called Baal-perazim. And they left their gods there, and David gave command, and they were burned. ...

    Isaiah 58:1-14 ESV

“Cry aloud; do not hold back; lift up your voice like a trumpet; declare to my people their transgression, to the house of Jacob their sins. Yet they seek me daily and delight to know my ways, as if they were a nation that did righteousness and did not forsake the judgment of their God; they ask of me righteous judgments; they delight to draw near to God. ‘Why have we fasted, and you see it not? Why have we humbled ourselves, and you take no knowledge of it?’ Behold, in the day of your fast you seek your own pleasure, and oppress all your workers. Behold, you fast only to quarrel and to fight and to hit with a wicked fist. Fasting like yours this day will not make your voice to be heard on high. Is such the fast that I choose, a day for a person to humble himself? Is it to bow down his head like a reed, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? Will you call this a fast, and a day acceptable to the Lord? ...

    Ephesians 1:3 ESV

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places,

    John 3:16 ESV

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.

    1 John 4:1-21 ESV

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and now is in the world already. Little children, you are from God and have overcome them, for he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world. They are from the world; therefore they speak from the world, and the world listens to them. ...

    Colossians 2:9    ESV

For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily,

    Acts 2:1-47 ESV

When the day of Pentecost arrived, they were all together in one place. And suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting. And divided tongues as of fire appeared to them and rested on each one of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance. Now there were dwelling in Jerusalem Jews, devout men from every nation under heaven. ...

    Ephesians 6:18 ESV

Praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints,

    Ephesians 3:20 ESV

Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us,

    1 Corinthians 13:1-13 ESV

If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing. Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; ...

    Matthew 6:9-13 ESV

Pray then like this: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

    Isaiah 40:1-31 ESV

Comfort, comfort my people, says your God. Speak tenderly to Jerusalem, and cry to her that her warfare is ended, that her iniquity is pardoned, that she has received from the Lord's hand double for all her sins. A voice cries: “In the wilderness prepare the way of the Lord; make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be lifted up, and every mountain and hill be made low; the uneven ground shall become level, and the rough places a plain. And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together, for the mouth of the Lord has spoken.” ...

    Psalm 91:3-4 ESV

For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his pinions, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.

    Psalm 63:1-11 ESV

A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Judah. O God, you are my God; earnestly I seek you; my soul thirsts for you; my flesh faints for you, as in a dry and weary land where there is no water. So I have looked upon you in the sanctuary, beholding your power and glory. Because your steadfast love is better than life, my lips will praise you. So I will bless you as long as I live; in your name I will lift up my hands. My soul will be satisfied as with fat and rich food, and my mouth will praise you with joyful lips, ...

    2 Samuel 5:20 ESV

And David came to Baal-perazim, and David defeated them there. And he said, “The Lord has burst through my enemies before me like a bursting flood.” Therefore the name of that place is called Baal-perazim.

    Matthew 6:16-18 ESV

“And when you fast, do not look gloomy like the hypocrites, for they disfigure their faces that their fasting may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face, that your fasting may not be seen by others but by your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.

    John 5:19 ESV

So Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of his own accord, but only what he sees the Father doing. For whatever the Father does, that the Son does likewise.

    Proverbs 14:29 ESV

Whoever is slow to anger has great understanding, but he who has a hasty temper exalts folly.

    Galatians 5:19-21 ESV

Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

    Proverbs 8:6-8 ESV

Hear, for I will speak noble things, and from my lips will come what is right, for my mouth will utter truth; wickedness is an abomination to my lips. All the words of my mouth are righteous; there is nothing twisted or crooked in them.

    Ezra 10:2 ESV

And Shecaniah the son of Jehiel, of the sons of Elam, addressed Ezra: “We have broken faith with our God and have married foreign women from the peoples of the land, but even now there is hope for Israel in spite of this.

    Revelation 7:17 ESV

For the Lamb in the midst of the throne will be their shepherd, and he will guide them to springs of living water, and God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.”

    Hebrews 12:2 ESV

Looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

    2 Corinthians 10:3-5 ESV

For though we walk in the flesh, we are not waging war according to the flesh. For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh but have divine power to destroy strongholds. We destroy arguments and every lofty opinion raised against the knowledge of God, and take every thought captive to obey Christ,

    Proverbs 5:7 ESV

And now, O sons, listen to me, and do not depart from the words of my mouth.

    2 Chronicles 14:8-15   ESV

And Asa had an army of 300,000 from Judah, armed with large shields and spears, and 280,000 men from Benjamin that carried shields and drew bows. All these were mighty men of valor. Zerah the Ethiopian came out against them with an army of a million men and 300 chariots, and came as far as Mareshah. And Asa went out to meet him, and they drew up their lines of battle in the Valley of Zephathah at Mareshah. And Asa cried to the Lord his God, “O Lord, there is none like you to help, between the mighty and the weak. Help us, O Lord our God, for we rely on you, and in your name we have come against this multitude. O Lord, you are our God; let not man prevail against you.” So the Lord defeated the Ethiopians before Asa and before Judah, and the Ethiopians fled. ...

    Matthew 5:9 ESV

“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.

    Psalm 23:4 ESV

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.

    2 Chronicles 7:14 ESV

If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.

    Numbers 13:30 ESV

But Caleb quieted the people before Moses and said, “Let us go up at once and occupy it, for we are well able to overcome it.”

    1 Corinthians 12:1-31 ESV

Now concerning spiritual gifts, brothers, I do not want you to be uninformed. You know that when you were pagans you were led astray to mute idols, however you were led. Therefore I want you to understand that no one speaking in the Spirit of God ever says “Jesus is accursed!” and no one can say “Jesus is Lord” except in the Holy Spirit. Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord; ...

    Genesis 38:28-29 ESV

And when she was in labor, one put out a hand, and the midwife took and tied a scarlet thread on his hand, saying, “This one came out first.” But as he drew back his hand, behold, his brother came out. And she said, “What a breach you have made for yourself!” Therefore his name was called Perez.

    Matthew 4:4 ESV

But he answered, “It is written, “‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”

    Jeremiah 51:20 ESV

    “You are my hammer and weapon of war: with you I break nations in pieces; with you I destroy kingdoms;

    Isaiah 43:19 ESV

Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

    Psalm 118:24 ESV

This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.

    Jeremiah 29:11 ESV

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.

    Isaiah 48:17 ESV / 4 helpful votes

Thus says the Lord, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel: “I am the Lord your God, who teaches you to profit, who leads you in the way you should go.

    Genesis 38:28-30 ESV

And when she was in labor, one put out a hand, and the midwife took and tied a scarlet thread on his hand, saying, “This one came out first.” But as he drew back his hand, behold, his brother came out. And she said, “What a breach you have made for yourself!” Therefore his name was called Perez. Afterward his brother came out with the scarlet thread on his hand, and his name was called Zerah.

    1 John 2:15-17 ESV

Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride in possessions—is not from the Father but is from the world. And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever.

    John 14:6 ESV

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

    Psalm 37:4 ESV

Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.

    Ephesians 4:11-16 NKJV

And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; that we shoul...
d no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.
